Mission
All Out Volleyball Club was founded in 2005 to provide an opportunity for local area athletes to train in a competitive environment where the objective is to gain the foundation necessary to compete at the highest level. Our focus at All Out is on training young athletes in a positive and competitive environment with deliberate practice designed to help every athlete become the best they can be as volleyball players, student-athletes and teammates.
All Out believes in a quality over quantity approach to fielding teams and while we would love to field teams at all age groups we are limited by the availability of practice facilities and thus, we can accommodate limited teams per year. For the 2024-25 Club season we are fielding teams at the U12, U13, U14, and U15 levels. These will be region-based teams, with some limited travel possible at the U15 level.
All Out practices will be held in the Shoreline/Edmonds area, and camps and skills clinics will take place at Northwest University in Kirkland.

Gold Medal Squared
All Out Volleyball Club is committed to the principals and methodologies of Gold Medal Squared Volleyball training. We always have been but decided to make it official by qualifying as a GMS Certified Club. In addition to adhering to GMS principles and methodologies, GMS Certified Clubs are required to have all coaches trained at Gold Medal Squared Coaches clinics. All All Out Head Coaches have been to multiple GMS Coaches Clinics and most of our Assistants have as well. Some might talk it, but we walk it. Gold Medal Squared methodologies are currently practiced at all levels including club, high school, the University of Washington, and the US Women's National team.
